3CX v20: Some service(s) were interrupted

all of a sudden, services stopped unexpectedly
I have never had this kind of issue before. What it might be?

I'm running: Version 20.0 Update 0 (Build 1458)

Have you checked in the audit log whether this was performed from a user?

Sure
But i'm the only one who has admin access, so no one could restart / stop service manually
And audit log doesn't have this kind of entry
