3CX V20 Unable to log in to Yealink W70B

Hi All,

I've got a Yealink W70B that 3CX has set credentials on when it was on v18, but now that I've upgraded to v20, there's nowhere to see what 3CX set the admin username to.
The Web UI link in the 3CX admin portal will open the web UI of the W70B base station, but doesn't log me in


Checking the IP phone tab under the users set up on the cordless handsets show "No IP Phone configured"



Is there any other way i can log in to this W70B base station without having to reset it?

You will find it under chat & trunks.

EDIT: on your sreenshots you are trying to open the T46s from user 105 not 102.

Ahhhhh I was looking in totally the wrong place.
