Its now there: 1720172133682.png

I am glad the add Holiday message option is back. I had a coupled upset customers for this American July 4th holiday. I would like to see the ability to send a welcome message without having to reset all the passwords on an extension. Would be nice that just the webclient password changes or they have to create a new webclient password when the welcome email is sent out and not all the phone and authentication passwords.

Unfortunately, this feature seems buggy because it doesn't work.

I was really happy to see this back in the settings as well. However did not manage to figure out how to get this working.
When you have a holiday you don't seem to have to option to route to de department holiday messages

Looks like we are almost there :)
Thanks @3cxteam for getting this feature back. This will make a lot of customers happy again.

Hi,

I'm sorry maybe I missed something but the update is not available / not showing in my Admin --> Updates window. We are self-hosted 3CX, do we need to do anything to enlist into this update or something ? Thank you

Allright, thank you very much, seems to have fixed the issue and now I can see the update available. Have a good day
