3CX V20 with Yeastar TG800

Hello, we have installed 3CX V20 and connected with Yeastar TG800 using 2 SIM cards. When an inbound call is made to SIM1 and SIM2, it works properly, and outbound calls go with only 1 SIM.
How do I check this case?

3CX only has one connection with the gateway. You will have to configure your gateway how it handles the outgoing calls. As far as 3CX is concerned, it is like a SIP trunk. We send it them and we assume they will handle the call from that point on.
