Hi,
I realise that CX Ver 6 is not supported but I will ask the question anyway.

I have 3CV Ver 6 installed on Windows 7 and I am trying to use it with a Bluetooth headset.

It is connecting to a 3rd party SIP provider (Gradwell). I don't think this is relevant but I thought I would add it anyway.

The Bluetooth headset is seems to be working when I place a call (to my own mobile) as I can hear the outgoing ringing sound on the headset and my mobile starts ringing as well.

So connection is happening.

But when I pick up from the mobile I can hear nothing at the mobile end or the headset end.

This is the error log output....

Any ideas?

And, why are you using Version 6?

Because as far as I can see that is the only free version that allows me to directly connect to a VOIP provider.

Installed Ver 16 and it did not seem that I could connect to the Gradwell VOIP service I use.

There's many other softphone if that's all you need.

3CX is made of 3CX, not a random provider. Use Bria or something like that.

Thank you for your help :)
