3CX Version 20 Update 7 Release Candidate

Hi all

I downloaded "Grafana Big Query Default" and installed the Grafana *.json reports but found conflicting results compared to the web-based switchboard wallboard.
In the Grafana template 03. Queues, the number of answered calls does not match the results from the report "Detailed Queue Statistics".

QueueTotal CallsAbandoned CallsAnswered CallsAnswered %Serviced CallbacksTotal TalkingMean Talking

901 - L16016100%000:40:1100:02:30

However, in the Grafana dashboard, it only shows 17 answered calls in total instead of 19 as per .

Additionally, under the section "All Queues [Totals]", the figures for calls received and calls not answered are completely out of proportion:
  • Calls received: 245
  • Calls not answered: 228
  • Calls answered: 17

These statistics are very confusing and don’t seem to align correctly. Even after a manual refresh, the names stay the same.
The date range is set to Today Refresh on 10 sec

Has anyone else noticed inconsistencies with these reports?

Thanks
Miriam

Different data, different reporting system, different reporting templates. Different polling intervals of the data. You can not expect it to be exactly the same.

Are there fixes for the permissions issues between legacy Sharepoint permissions and Microsoft Graph? We have spent time proving that we can run successful queries down to root/children in Azure, however, as we are using the beta version, we are still stuck with using the root Sharepoint site url, which isnt ideal.
