3CX Video Conference Invitation Email

Hello,

Does the invitation email get send from my on prem 3CX server internet IP , or is the invitation sent from the cloud 3CX infrastructure ? I am successfully receiving invitations to my internal recipients on the same domain name as my 3cx servers 'from' address, but invitation emails to external emails (such as gmail) are not receiving the email, wondering if I have a SPF issue with the from servers IP address if it is coming from outside my infrastructure

Conference invites, if sent using the legacy option (no RSVP), are sent via the SMTP server configured under the settings > email section of the management console.

If using the 3CX smtp or any SMTP for that matter, email is proxied through to the email server itself, which, in the case of the 3CX SMTP, and most circumstances unless you have a local email server of your own and not using the 3CX SMTP, are all external systems.

So the first question is. Which smtp server is configured?
