3CX Web-Client Call Dial pad is missing !!

Hi 3CX Team,
Our customer's web-client have missing call dial pad but not at all of Ext, Some ext have this issue below that pic. After that i already tried reprovision and the issue is still persists. How it can be possible ?

Is your 3CX updated to the latest version? 3CX Version 20, Update 3.

Cause of chrome version 130. 3CX Version is V18 Update 9A .

This issue is on V18 only and to the below browser versions.
Chrome : 130.0.6723.59
Edge : 130.0.2849.46

The button is there and you can press it though.

This is fixed on v20 Update 3
You can either upgrade the PBX to V20 or downgrade the build of your browser.

Yes , I already roll back that browser version 129.00 and it is ok now . Thanks for your support .
