3cx Web Client "Could not start Audio Source" Plantronics PLT V5200 Bluetooth

Title says it all. Cannot get this to work. I have made sure the permissions are correct in Chrome. Chrome Version 88.0.4324.104 (Official Build) (64-bit) - Windows version 2004. Will try updating to 20H2, but I doubt this will be the issue.

Hi Seth,

This sounds like the audio device itself may be the problem.

• Have you tested by swapping the headset out for another?
• Have you tried this headset on another device, and does it work without issue?
• Does the headset play windows audio / browser audio?

Also if you are talking about the "Headset Integration" option, could you also state what version of the Plantronics Hub software you are using?
