3cx Web Extension Auto-Reload

Hi,

We observed that our 3cx web phone plugin automatically reloads randomly. Is this an expected behavior or is there a setting that I need to turn it off so it won't reload? I'm using the 16.0.9 version hosted on-prem (Windows Server 2019 Standard).

We are using Chrome (Version 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Edge (Version 90.0.818.51 (Official build) (64-bit). But when we are using the 3cx Windows App, we didn't encounter the auto reload issue.

Are you using a GPO to push the extension to the browser? We have run into an issue where chrome sometimes seems to reload a plugin whenever the GPO decides to fully re-apply (Google issue not 3cx in this case)

Are the impacted clients working remote using wifi? I've noticed packet loss/latency can cause the plugin to reload. Puma 6 based routers are particularly a nuisance as they have some firmware bugs.

We are not using GPO to push the webclient installation on each machine.

We are using our office network. Also, we tried to use different network but we are getting this issue.
