Solved 3cx webmeeting and MS365

We are running 3CX V18.0
something doesn't seem to work anymore with the 3CX and MS365 integration for creating conferences.
We go to the app or webclient. select meet - create conference
select video when later type in a subject and then select Microsoft 365
after clicking create meeting the outlook ms365 online app opens at the calendar but the calendar event is not created. so no option to add participants etc to it.

Any idea what might be missing here?

It should load and eventually show a meeting creation dialog where the options and content are prefilled.

Exactly and it did so in v16. But in v18 that doesn’t work anymore.

MS is known to change the 'format' of the link required to create a new Calendar Event.
Initial checks seem to imply that they have changed it again. From a few tests, it seems to have stopped working on V16 as well, as it has nothing to do with 3CX, rather with the change MS did.

Try what I suggest there clearing the cache and let me know.
