3CX Webmeeting Recordings

Hello I have a client who likes to buy 3CX only because of it's web meetings capacities and features but they like to store all web meetings recording just like call recordings. Can any one help ???

The meeting recording need to be manually started. Once the meeting ends, the MP4 link will be sent to the organizer. File is kept 7 days.

The client will have to download them and put them somewhere if they wanna keep it. 3CX does not (recordings are hosted in the cloud MCUs.)

Regarding your question, webmeeting recordings are converted and stored in our webmeeting servers in the cloud for 7 days after the conference has ended.

There is no way to connect to this other than to download the recording from the link sent to the organizer's email address once the video conference has ended, the recording is converted and then sent along with the meeting report.
