3CX WebMeeting Remote Control does not install

We have tried to install 3CX WebMeeting Remote Control on differenz computers. On some it works perfectly and on some, the installation doesn't sucessfully complete. We can start the installation, but it always says that the Remote Control is not installed..
I found out, that it might be a problem re. the username. As mentionned in this thread (https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/3cx-webmeeting-remote-control.74055/) it is also possible to manually installe the Remote Control with %APPDATA%\3CX\3CXWMRemoteControl\3CXWMRemoteControlSvc.exe. When trying to install it over cmd with admin rights I get an error message and the input stops in the middle of the username, because it has a space in between. Could you please check, if this is a problem and if so, update the installation? Thanks!

Hi,

As per the other post by @MarcelloV , try to create a user on the same PC using only english characters (ie. "John") to see if it is successful.

Then repeat the test but make a user with only english characters and a space. (ie. "John Smith") to see if it is the space or the characters that cause the problem for the problematic computers

I tried it with e.g. "User AG" and with "User". With "User AG" it does not work, with "User" it works perfectly fine.
