This is not the first time I have asked this question, but it is closed without solving the problem.

I did additional research today. Windows Services have 3CX WebMeeting Remote Control, but this service is not running. If I run it manually, it shows the error code 69.
There is an entry in the Windows event log:
the "3CX WebMeeting Remote Control" Service is terminated due to the following internal error:
Exceeded the limit on the number of NetBIOS sessions.
Event code 7024.

When you download and install the plug-in shows the version 10.5.10.26178

Is this a problem only for us? Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I still can't solve this problem.

what would be the NetBios name of the host you try to run the remote plugin on?

Hello Paurus, can you describe your client environment? Once the service is installed with administrator rights, also non privileged users can use it. It seems there's some kind of restriction on your system and the service can't run properly. The service itself it's not using NetBIOS.

1) Is there some antivirus installed on the PC with the issue?
2) Do you have this problem on a single PC or in more PCs?

Good afternoon.
Yes, there is an antivirus on the laptop, but to check it, I not only disabled it, but also completely removed it.
This problem exists on all my client devices. On one checked immediately after a clean installation of windows 10.
This problem has been around for more than a year. Before that, there were no problems.

Are the devices in the same network? Is there an Active Directory server with domain policies?

Yes, most of them are on the same network. But there are others. The network operates via a Keenetic router.

My PBX has a long black list of IP addresses. Could this be the reason?

No, remote control service works on the client and does not involve PBX directly.

Can you try to run the remote control service standalone, on the client, from an administrator command prompt?
It should be here:

%APPDATA%\3CX\3CXWMRemoteControl\3CXWMRemoteControlSvc.exe

I have a slightly different path.
AppData\Roaming\3CX\3CXWMRemoteControl\ 3CXWMRemoteControlSvc.exe

There is something wrong then. The full path should be
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\3CX\3CXWMRemoteControl\3CXWMRemoteControlSvc.exe
Can you double check the installation process?

Yes, that's right. I have such a full path. I may have misunderstood the %AppData%

what command do I need to run?

Exactly this:

%APPDATA%\3CX\3CXWMRemoteControl\3CXWMRemoteControlSvc.exe

Report any error.

[main] Impossible to change working directory, the application will be terminated

Are you running from an administrator prompt?
Are you on a local disk or some network drive is involved?

My account has administrator rights. The disk is local.

When the application starts, it tries to change the working directory to the path where it's installed, that is
%APPDATA%\3CX\3CXWMRemoteControl\
This simple operation fails.

Does the username contains unicode characters or some special character?
