3cx whatsapp two tick

Hi,
WhatsApp messages have not arrived for a few days, even if the 2 tick of the message delivered appear to the sender. What can I check?

Two things to check:

1. Whatsapp will send it to your webhook:

This must be correct in the whatsapp configuration on Meta's side

2. If they send it to you, your system must be able to receive it. Blocked traffic will not reach you and you will not see any messages

3. Check the Route you selected in the management console, you may be routing the messages somewhere where else (ie. not to your own extension)


If in doubt, you can remove whatsapp entirely, then add it again from scratch following the guide closely. This way, even if something changed that you are not aware of, you will be doing it fresh so it will be 100% correct.
