3CX Win App | Open contact URL using Server CRM integration

I have a perfectly configured CRM integration via the server, I receive contact data and record call results in the log.
In the new version of the application 3CX for Windows, I noticed the ability to display contact information using the same server CRM integration.
I searched in all the manuals and could not find anything on this ability .
Please give me more information about this function, how it works and how to set it up on the 3CX server and CRM side.

You need to configure your crm on your 3cx.

This feature enables the CRM contact page to open automatically when a caller ID is added to the 3CX Phonebook as a CRM contact. Once the contact is saved in the CRM, the page will open in the browser upon receiving a second call from the same contact, provided this option is enabled.
