3cx Windows App and EPOS integration

Any word or ETA on when EPOS \ Sennheiser integration will be available for the Windows app? The headset works just not any of the integration features.

Support for EPOS was removed back when EPOS was spun off/created.

In the web client/PWA, the "universal headset driver" option works for answer/hangup via the headset button. Being "WebHID" that isn't an option in the Windows app.

Yes, been using the Universal headset driver in the PWA - will that be added to the windows app?

There will be no special support for epos we will not be supporting this headset. This was announced a long time ago

Hi there, any changes on this decision ? I guess i'm not the only one to see that more 3CX evolve, more we loose integrations or functions...
Quiet hard to explain to my customers they have to get brand new headset because we upgraded his phone system.
