3CX Windows APP--> CHAT application archive message does not exist.

It is not possible to archive messages on the microsoft 3CX application while it is possible to do it on the 3CX mobile Android application.

Hi @AVO,

The Windows client currently doesn't have the functionality added in to archive chats. You can log in to your Web Client and archive the chats from there, or as you pointed out - use the 3CX Android App.

We are considering adding more functionality to the Windows app, especially in combination with new stuff coming with 3CX v18, so stay tuned.
