3cx windows App doesn't size properly

Hello, i am trying to figure out what i can do about the 3cx apps sizing problem. my keypad and portions of the screen necessary to use the app are simply not displayed making it borderline useless. If anyone has tricks on how to get the app to display in a useable format i would appreciate it.

What version of the App are you using? What version of windows? Does the PC use any strange resolution?

app version 5.3 build 990 20.0.990.0
windows 11 home
resolution 2560x1600 but scale is set to 150% - you may be on to something with this. i will do some testing with different resolutions and let you know what i find.
