Good morning,
using the 3CX app, the "Jabra Evolve 65 mono" headset has always worked without issues. However, since the app was updated to the latest version "20.0.580.0," the headset is no longer recognized under the "Integration > Headsets" setting, making it impossible to answer calls directly via the headset button. This issue occurs on all PCs with this version of the app.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Can I try anything to fix this?
