3CX Windows Client Custom image blurry

Why is the custom image so blurry?

I have tried PNG, GIF, JPG, always as blurry as in the example. In the example, the image on the left is original and screenshot from the client.

I found out that the 3CX Windows client converts the image into a highly compressed JPEG. If I copy the image myself, it's OK.
