Does anyone know of a way to get the caller id to work when you are on a call and a new call comes in on another line (second line )?
If the user is on the phone, he sees the 2nd call come in because the 2nd call is blinking but no caller ID.
Users cannot see who is calling
Cannot direct the call to voice mail or pick it up at their discretion
Is there a way to set up and see who is calling?
