can you please add the feature to reduce the ring tone of the 3CX Windows Client.

Hi There,

Thanks for the comment. 3CX Phone for Windows uses whichever Ringing device is configured within 'settings' >'Audio Options'> 'Ringing'.

You can lower the volume using the 'Sound' Control Panel within Windows control panel.

I actually lowered the volume of the wav file 3cxphone uses for clients by 15% because they complained it was too loud. They were very happy. Search the program files 3cxphone folder for wav files and you will find it. use an audio utility to adjust.
