3CX with Obi202 - Can't Place Outbound Calls

Hello all,

I currently have my Obi202 connected with my 3CX system. My goal is to use Google Voice to make and receive calls via the 3CX system.

Currently I can receive in 3CX calls when calling my Google Voice number, but when I attempt to make calls it just rings one of the analog lines instead of calling out using the Google Voice SP. Which is not the way it's supposed to work.

Any and all help with this is appreciated.

I’ve read through both of those but it doesn’t seem to address the issue that I’m having. I can get incoming call just fine, when I try to make an out going call, I don’t get an error...it rings one of the analog phone ports on the Obi? Not sure why this is happening.

Why are you even using the phone port on the Obi??

I suspect it is in the setting X_InboundCallRoute , that is supposed todirect the call to the other (GV) sp. You probably have ph in there, or it is using that as a default.

And it's going to make a difference which (sp1, sp2) you have each (GV and 3CX) set up on.
