3CX with Patton SN-4114

I recently purchased a Patton SN-4114 2FXS/2FXO device. So far I got the FXO ports to work with 3CX but have been having problems getting the FXS ports to work. I received a sample file from Patton which I added to my startup-config file on the SN-4114 adding the FXS ports and configuring them. Unfortunately now when I pick up the analog hand set all I hear is a busy tone and the extension on 3CX to which the FXS ports are supposed to be registered show up as not registered. Any help would be appreciated.
