For the past 4 weeks, every Friday morning the 3cxMediaServer service is crashing. The crash occurs sometime between midnight and 10am on Friday without fail.
The server is 3cx V7 on Windows Server 2008 x86 Standard on a Hyper-V virtual machine.
The error message in the event log is..
Faulting application 3CXMediaServer.exe, version 7.0.3805.0, time stamp 0x49268bce, faulting module 3CXMediaServer.exe, version 7.0.3805.0, time stamp 0x49268bce, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x00001c20, process id 0xa7c, application start time 0x01c9886c76d0240c.
The connection to CBeyond may or may not fail just before the crash, sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't...
[CM104001]: Registration at 'CBeyond' failed. Host 'sip:[email protected]:5060' is not available!
