3CXPhone 14 - Creating plugin

Hi,
I am developing a plugin and as this instruction http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/3cxphone-for-windows-api/ I need to edit 3CXWin8Phone.exe.config. But it doesn't look like in instruction. There is no tag <add key="CRMPlugin" ... It has <startup> and <runtime> tags.

Thanks for support team. I just received reply on that page. And I would like to share that we should edit 3cxphone.user.config
