3CXPhone compatibility with Plantronics Blackwire 5220

Hello,

I'm having problems with using the call controls on this awesome Plantronics Blackwire 5220 headset. The buttons for call control are not working. I contacted Plantronics and they said me to use the Plantronics Hub software, I installed it but after that the buttons were still not working. What to do to solve this problem?

We also use the Jabra Evolve 40 headsets with call control and that works fine.

Hello,

Do you have select your Blackwire in Microphone and Headset listbox in audio settings ?
When I don't do it, I can't use my Plantronics call control.
You must have the Plantronics Hub software installed to.
hoping that it can help you.

I do have the right audio settings, I did install the Plantronics Hub software.

The call control buttons still doesn't work.
