I have upgraded from version 11 and the Phone System install was successful.
Removed the MyPhone Silverlight client via Add/Remove programs in Windows. Successful.
Sent the Welcome email with the config file attached.
Downloaded and installed the 3CXPhone for Windows v12 (Windows 7 x64).
Once installed and running, double clicked the config file from Outlook - nothing happened.
Put the config file on the desktop and dragged it to the 3CXPhone, configured 3CXPhone with my extension.
Reboot my PC.
3CXPhone runs on login and notifies me that there are no configured accounts. I drag the config file again from my Desktop to the 3CXPhone and it configures 3CXPhone.
Has anyone come across the issue that 3CXPhone for Windows loses its configuration upon reboot.
