I have been using 3CXPhone Free Softphone for Windows..I do not have any idea as to how to contact the developer for appropriate branding and inserting our logo on the smart dialer.
I would want the dialer to support as below:
display available balance
enable ivr sound (this will enable users to hear, available hours and minutes) this is already enable within my system
I will be happy if I am put on the know as to how to actualise the above in due time
I will be motoring this thread so as to check if there is response from the admin of 3cx as well
