Just want to know what's new with the version 12. coz we can't decide whether to upgrade or not to version 12. or is it advisable to upgrade?

Ask again when it is released.. there may be some features/bugfixes not yet implemented in the RC.

Some of us remain hopeful that some loose ends will be shored up.. hopefully.
