3CXPhone - Volume issue

Just installed 3CXPhone 1.2.10, and promptly had to uninstall it, sorry. Looks great, seemed to work great for VoIP too, but the option to toggle between Earpiece and Speaker output seemed to also affect where Android sent the ringtone of the standard built-in phone app. Basically, with 3CXPhone running (in the foreground or background) I couldn't hear my phone ringing anymore.

I a facing same problem with Nexus One.

Same here... HTC Desire S Android 2.3.3 no volume on mobile calls when app. running either in foreground or background.
Otherwise ok, but cannot use due to this issue.....! Fix anyone?
