*4(***) Direct Voicemail extension in Contact List

Is it possible to hide the direct voicemail extension in the 3CX Phonebook?
Some Extensions are now showing directly this *4 extension in the 3CX Contact list.

What version are you running, console and app? I'm assuming screenshot is from app?

Hi, Thanks for your reply,

-Screenshot is from the Windows App.
-within the web client the voicemail extensions are not visible only in the windows App
Windows Client updated to the latest version. 3CX Version: 16.0.619
Voicemail extensions *4(***) are indicated with another symbol:


- Voicemail Options are disabled in 3CX Admin console: extensions > Voicemail > Enable Voicemail

I'm looking at a couple things because my screen looks different than yours. Is there anyway you can send a larger screen shot so I can be sure what I'm looking at. Blank out the names. Thanks.

Ok, I see where you are at now. No, not to my knowledge unless its in the system parameters.
