403 Forbidden - Not Enough Balance

My outbound calls have been acting up since this morning.
The outbound call did not ring and just beep and then disconnect.
The call log listed the call as not answered.
The event log show this message " Call or Registration to xxxxxxxxx@(Ln.10000@BulkVS Main) has failed. xx.x.x.xxx replied: 403 Forbidden - Not Enough Balance; from IP:xx.x.x.xxx:5060 " each time the call failed.
We have to try again 1 or 2 min after to call out to the same number.
Please help!!!!

I have to assume that you do not have enough credit with your provider to place calls. You'd best call them for more info.
