404 unknown user account/INVITE from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5060

Hi guys,
i need help fixing this, i get the following error when PD is trying to dial out through a certain trunk but i don't get it for inbound or outbound call from a certain extension, this only happens when PD tries to dial.

this is the exact error "Call or Registration to 08100870xxx@(Ln.10001@IPNX VOIP SIP_TRUNK) has failed. xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx replied: 404 unknown user account; from IP:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5060"

I assume the first X'd out IP is from your provider. If calls from other extensions do go through, then I would look at a caller ID issue...something your provider does not like, being sent from that one extension.

took a look at the activity log and this is the error message it shows "Call to T:Line:10001>>2348100870269@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060] from L:6.1[Ivr:MakeCall] failed, cause: Cause: 404 unknown user account/INVITE from 41.184.56.164:5060"
