+44 number only contactable within the UK

Hi,

Hoping someone can help me.

I am using Twilio as my SIP trunk provider, I have it working fine on outbound wherever I call (tested calling the UK, Philipines and Netherlands) but inbound is only working for calls placed from numbers within the UK, the number I have with Twilio is a +44 number.

When someone from outside the UK calls its just says the call cannot be connected, what is strange is on 3CX I can actually see the missed call but 3CX refuses to ring.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Matt,
Check your trunk settings and there is not something there preventing the call.
Since 3CX sees the call, check the activity log to see what is happening.
