Hi guys

If Im specifying one of the DDIs as the outbound caller ID in the SIP trunk Im getting 603 when trying to call out.

How am I supposed to specify a caller ID now?

Actually, I suspect it could be something with the new DDI range we got... it wont dial out if i leave CLI blank and use a new number as the "main"

still waiting on SIP provider...

This issue occurs when calling mobiles only. no issue with landline.

Hi, is this 603 declined sent by your provider? you need to check with them if you can use any of your DIDs as caller id or if they just allow you to use the main number as caller id.

Once you know this info then set the caller id specific per user extension or in the outbound rule ;)

Was a SIP issue.

apparently they blocked the DDI because I had not assigned it to anything inbound.
