603 error for only 1 number

I’ve had 3CX for a while, but I haven’t encountered this problem before.

I can successfully call any phone, except for my own cell have phone.

I am using Twilio and don’t see anything in the Twilio logs, but I am getting this in the 3CX logs:

I am not sure what made the difference, but this morning a call succeeded to my cell number. I am not sure what changed, but it's working now. I guess this can be closed.
