I have read this article https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/configure-mitel-aastra-6865i.86690/ and trying to replicate on my end and I understand that it may be unsuported.
We have about 20+ phones that we have inherited from another system that are just 4 yrs old and I am trying to provision them against 3cx we have in an AWS instance.
The phone seems to be provisioning to a certain degree. I installed the SBC in the network or the phone resides and I see that up in the 3CX console. Allow use outside of LAN is checked and STUN is set for interface.
I used as a deployment differrent phone model and configured just the global option and not the L1 or L2.
I am getting 503 on the phone interface and on the phone it shows "no service" on the display. When I dial I get busy signal.
Any ideas ?
