At this point I am not sure if it dropping digits at 3CX or if the phone is just not sending them all. When I dial it immediately sends the 1st digit pressed and places the call as if thats the only digit dialed.. I am confused. :cry:

Check the phone's digit timeout or something similar by logging into the handset via the IP Address.

While looking for info on digittime out I ran across info on the dialplan.xml... doh!

Created a quick dialplan.xml and it seems to be working fine. Thanks for nudging me in the right direction.

<TEMPLATE MATCH="10.." Timeout="0"/> <!-- internal extensions are 10xx -->
<TEMPLATE MATCH="91.........." TIMEOUT="0" /> <!-- Long Distance/800 -->
<TEMPLATE MATCH="9.........." TIMEOUT="0"/> <!-- 10-Digit dialing -->
<TEMPLATE MATCH="9......." TIMEOUT="0"/> <!-- External but local calls -->
<TEMPLATE MATCH="*" Timeout="15"/> <!-- Anything else -->
