I need help with 911. I am using the 3CX SMB Free version. I have searched some of the other forums and they talk about an Emergency Tab under Admin>System which is not available on the SMB version. They also talk about setting up an outbound rule. Which I don't understand? My current outbound rule is setup just as my standard default. (see screen shot) I have Callcentric for a VOIP and I can see on my account page with them that I have 911 service active.

I have tried dialing "911" and "9911" both say they can not be completed. My other outbound calling works ok.

The rule you show here has "strip first digit" and "prepend=1".

That will result in 3CX calling "111" (it will remove the 9 and prepend a 1)

You want to add a new outbound rule. call it "911" and "calls to numbers stating with prefix" enter "911", for "route 1" select your trunk again.

Save the rule

Then click the rule and use the "move up" option to move it to the top of the list.

Worked Great, thank you
