999/Emergency Calls - Listen In

Hi There,
I am working with a customer in an education setting who wants to know if it is possible for the following:
- Classroom handset dials 999/112, call is connected to the emergency services
- At the same time the reception phone rings, this allows them to listen in on the active emergency services call to ensure this is an actual emergency and not just a student calling the emergency services for "fun"

Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated

You can't exactly do this with any features that are available with 3CX out of the box but you could use the emergency notifications to notify the reception of the call so that the reception user can then "Listen" in on the call using the built-in listen/barge-in/whisper via the 3CX Windows/Desktop App or Webclient.

Our 3CX Emergency Notifier tool monitors all outbound calls watching for anyone dialing an emergency number. We could automate the process of connecting the reception phone to these calls.
