A customers account disappear from my systems

Hello.
One of our customers account has disappeared from My Systems. His license has expired and we cannot renew it!
He keeps complaining.
Please advise.

renew it or replace the license? Who was it registered to? Cant you log in as that?

The customers account disappeared before the expiry so we dont have the access to renew it and none else does.
No, we cannot login with his url.
We have registered him to the system
