Aastra 6755i

I setup an Aastra 6755i phone and provisioned it. The buttons which are programmed as BLF button for other extensions seem to work they don't light up when they are in use but they also have a "?" mark in front of them? are they supposed to. Also the Park keys that that I set up in the Provision are the same way.
