I've a remote site which has all Aastra handsets which are different to the Cisco handsets which we use around the rest of the country. I've setup their phones manually, however they tell me their BLF fields don't show when someone is on the phone.
They can use them without any issue to transfer calls, however have no knowledge of when the line is already in use.
Any ideas on this one? - I've confirmed the firmware is up to scratch.
