A)
Both on WEB client & Desktop client Abandoned calls and missed calls list is not refreshed.
Only the Badge number of the missed call/abandoned call is refreshed.
you have to click on the Call icon in order to get the refreshed list.
1)is there a workaround on the above?
2)can that be fixed?
the above feature is very needed in a busy system.
