Ability to include additional visitor information

Hello all,

Is it possible to send additional visitor information (apart from visitor-name & visitor-email) when a user starts a chat?

We want to include the <call-us /> component in a non-wordpress app where our customers are authenticated.
We would like to find a way of including additional information regarding the context they are in, in order to make the communication between the customer and our support team better.
