Idea:
Ability to log in to all queues in the Web Client at the same time.
Reason:
Our agents have to change queues regularly, depending on the shift. Currently, they have to manually log in to each queue they were not previously logged in to.
So far, there is only the option to log out and log in globally, but then you are only logged in where you were logged in before. Therefore, it is currently not possible for our agents to quickly switch to all queues.
Implementation example:
A button "login to all queues" and / or a view "all queues" in which the agent and the manager can login the agent to all assigned queues.
