Abnd Call Status in 3CX MyPhone

I have a queue setup which all ext are in. We have three phones which are Cloning Room, Warehouse Workbench and Warehouse Door. These are useful to be in the Q as sometimes you are working out in the warehouse you hear the phone ring and run back into the office to answer. The strange thing is two of the three appear to be count abandoned calls when the call from the Q is not answered on them. The other one is not. Any ideas? It is not a problem just looks strange in 3CX MyPhone. See attchment.
