Solved Access Denied - Your request has been blocked - trying to download Mac Desktop App Hotfix

Hello there,

We have been unable to download the latest hotfix for the Mac Desktop App.
Please see the attached screenshots, it looks like our ip has been blocked (edited out for this public post) and this seems to be stopping the download.

We are running 3CX version 18.0 (Build 312) on a windows server

Any help would be appreciated, and maybe some insight as to how we were placed on this blocklist in the first place also!

Turned out to be an antivirus issue on the windows server, this is all solved!
